REQUIREMENTS FOR AGRICULTURIST BOARD EXAM – Here are the documents required in applying for a licensure examination for Bachelor of Science in Agriculture graduates.
The Professional Regulations Commission, more popularly called PRC, is the licensure examination-giving body in the Philippines for most graduates of different courses. Among the biggest takers of these board exams are the graduates of nursing and education courses.
The Professional Regulations Commission caters services to thousands of professionals and graduates of different courses daily. It is the body that takes charge of the oath taking events of passers apart from being the agency that conducts the licensure exam. It is also where the professionals can renew their IDs.
Thus, to make sure that its services reach the people, the PRC has several branches across the nation. One of the licensure exams that it conducts is the board exam for agriculturists.
In applying to take the licensure exam, there are both eligibility and documentary requirements for Agriculturist board exam application to PRC. Here are the qualifications:
- graduate of Bachelor of Science in Agriculture (General Course)
- National Statistics Office (NSO) or Philippine Statistics Authority or PSA Birth Certificate
- NSO or PSA Marriage Contract for married female applicants
- Transcript of Records with scanned picture and remarks “For Board Examination Purposes”
- Two (2) Certificates of Good Moral Character from any two (2) of the following:
- Barangay
- Church
- School
- Employer
In case the licensure exam taker is a government employee, the said applicant must present an Ombudsman Clearance. The licensure exam taker must also make sure that he/she paid the PRC Board Exam fees which is also part of the requirements for Agriculturist Board Exam application.
To apply for a board exam, prepare your documents and go to a branch of the Professional Regulations Commission (PRC) in your area or region within the application period set by the body. It is important to bring an extra amount of money for the possibility of additional fees like the charges for the documentary stamps.
The staff of PRC will check if your documents are accurate and complete. Bring both the original and photocopies of your documents to avoid inconvenience on your part in case the PRC asks for their presentation.
The PRC observes standards when it comes to the photos submitted by the applicants. The photos must be in plain white background and taken in not more than six (6) months before the filing of the board exam application.
